Our disc-jockeys are trained emcees. We require one table and two chairs for our equipment, preferably near the dance floor area. A down payment of $50.00 and a signed contract reserves your date. Our address is listed above. We meet clients in our office. Our business hours are normally from Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM â?? 6:30 PM. Meetings for our services are done by appointment. To schedule a meeting, call our office. Any member of our staff can assist you. Basic Information for D.J. Services Our professionals dress in formal attire. During the set up our employees may not be dressed formally, however we will be dressed accordingly while providing services. We normally arrive 45 minutes prior to the starting time. If an earlier set up time is required, a "sitting charge" will apply. A date is considered booked upon receipt of a signed contract and $50.00 deposit + applicable travel charges. Booking may occur via mail, at our secure website, or a meeting may be scheduled with one of our representatives. The final payment is due seven days prior to the beginning of the function. We accept checks, money orders, credit cards and cash. We can accept your credit card over the telephone or on our secure website for your convenience. Payment must be provided in full to ensure our professional services. Our contract has areas for your musical requests. We will provide five requested songs, as well as the styles of music you choose for your function if we receive these songs two months prior to the function. These songs will include a first dance if the function is a wedding. During functions our disc-jockeys will take musical requests from our clients and their guests unless the client requests specific music styles without deviance. Our Disc-Jockeys are high energy and motivating ceremony masters as well as great Disc- Jockeys. Our exciting level of facilitation and our energizing crowd interactions sets Positive Vibes apart from other companies. Our office staff normally handles our client contacts until before our events. We operate as a company, not as separate disc-jockeys. We maintain back-up staff for our events in case the assigned staff member is unable to complete the assignment. In the case of an emergency our back-up staff will handle your event.
